Morgan Lewis and three of the firm’s partners have been named among winners of The Legal Intelligencer’s 2023 Professional Excellent Awards. The annual awards recognize the work and achievements of lawyers within the Pennsylvania legal community across a variety of categories.
Morgan Lewis is an ESG Impact recipient for the firm’s holistic approach to helping clients assess the opportunities and risks associated with implementing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies. Those efforts by the firm’s ESG & sustainability advisory practice includes advising companies and investment managers on how to comply with federal regulations on ESG disclosures, executing renewable power agreements for corporate clients, and providing diversity, equity, and inclusion policy and procedure assessment and training.
The following Pennsylvania-based partners are among the 2023 recipients:
- Wendy West Feinstein, Distinguished Leader, marking the second consecutive year Wendy, a seasoned litigator and trial lawyer, has been recognized in this category
- Aaron D. Suh, Most-Effective Dealmakers, for his work on behalf of public companies, private equity sponsors, private firms, and sovereign wealth funds on a range of deals, including mergers, acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic investments
- Benjamin K. Jacobs, Lawyer on the Fast Track, for securing numerous victories for clients involved in high-stakes employment cases, leadership at the firm, and pro bono work
