Holland & Knight Of Counsel Don Moody has been selected as an inaugural inductee into the Association of Dental Support Organizations' (ADSO) Hall of Leaders.
The Hall of Leaders showcases those deserving of recognition for their outstanding service, contributions and long-standing commitment to the ADSO and for the advancement of the best interest of the Dental Support Organization (DSO) industry.
The ADSO is a nonprofit international trade association whose members support more than 11,000 dentists. ADSO supports its members through research, education and advocacy, enabling them to foster innovation, collaboration and a market where DSO-supported dentists can provide quality oral healthcare.
Mr. Moody has been a representative of DSOs for more than 25 years. He advises dental and healthcare companies and private equity investors on complex merger and acquisition, private equity and other corporate and healthcare transactions. Additionally, Mr. Moody has served as lead or regulatory counsel in hundreds of healthcare and other DSO formations, venture capital financings and securities offerings in a variety of healthcare sectors – including DSOs and dental groups, vision, dermatology, urology, women's health, gastrointestinal, urgent care, surgery centers, revenue cycle management, healthcare IT, prison health and surgical assistants.
