Experienced medical malpractice litigator Tracey S. McGurk has joined Marshall Dennehey as a shareholder in the firm’s Cleveland, Ohio office. A member of the Health Care Department, she focuses her practice on the defense of medical professionals and providers, including physicians, hospitals and nursing home/extended care facilities.
McGurk has 20 years of experience defending matters related to medical malpractice, real estate, premises liability and workers’ compensation. She has practiced in both state and federal courts, as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

A member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations, McGurk is actively involved in the local legal community with a strong commitment to developing the next generation of attorneys. She mentors young lawyers through the Ohio Supreme Court Mentoring Program and is an alumni mentor for Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
She is a graduate of John Carroll University and received her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio.
