Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Diana R. Palecek, who was selected to the Diversity Impact 50 list by Career Mastered Magazine.
The list spotlights respected women leaders “with an inspiring story of challenge, triumph and positive impact fueled by their commitment to creating an inclusive environment where people are valued for their differences.” Honorees were recognized during the Career Mastered National Women’s History Diversity Summit & Leadership Awards.
Palecek, a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, is an active member of CREW Charlotte (a chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Women Network, a global organization of real estate professionals), and its DEI Taskforce. As part of her commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion efforts within the community and profession, she facilitated CREW Charlotte's inaugural commonality cohort for professionals with disabilities.
At Fox, Palecek focuses on commercial real estate transactions, with particular emphasis on purchase and sale, ground-up development and leasing and financing (closing, servicing and enforcement). She represents major financial institutions with respect to their real estate and mortgage assets, and she represents mid-market companies, manufacturers and investors in the real estate needs.
She earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Erskine College.
