Fox Rothschild Announces 2023 Practice Group and Department Leadership Transitions

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce it has appointed new leadership to several of its departments and practice groups.

Effective April 1, the following leadership changes will become effective (newly appointed leaders in bold):

Department Chairs:

• Employee Benefits and Compensation – Michael G. McNally (Co-Chair) and Seth I. Corbin join Harvey M. Katz (Co-Chair)
• Intellectual Property – Janet M. MacLeod, Ph.D.

Practice Group Chairs:

• Energy and Natural Resources – Robin F. Fields (Co-Chair) joins M. Gray Styers Jr. (Co-Chair)
• Securities Industry – Joshua Horn (Co-Chair) joins Ernest E. Badway (Co-Chair)
• Health Law – Victoria Heller Johnson (Co-Chair) joins Maureen Demarest Murray (Co-Chair) and David S. Sokolow (Co-Chair)
• Physicians, Dentists, Veterinarians & Other Health Professionals Practice Group - Victoria Heller Johnson (Co-Chair) joins David S. Sokolow (Co-Chair)
• Labor Management Relations - Andrew M. MacDonald (Co-Chair) joins Robert C. Nagle (Co-Chair)
• Nonprofit Organizations - Jacqueline Motyl (Co-Chair) joins Richard S. Caputo (Co-Chair)
• International Trade - Lizbeth R. Levinson (Co-Chair), Nevena Simidjiyska (Co-Chair) and Patrick J. Egan (Co-Chair)
• CFIUS and National Security - Nevena Simidjiyska (Chair)

“Our department chairs and practice group leaders have a crucial role in assisting us to strategize and implement firm initiatives as well as to ensure that our lawyers continue to provide the highest level of service to our clients,” said Firmwide Managing Partner Mark L. Morris. “Our outgoing chairs have done an excellent job in that regard and are passing the leadership baton forward.”

Morris noted that the changes are part of standard leadership rotation.

The new group of department and practice chairs succeed Brian G. Belisle and Susan Foreman Jordan (Employee Benefits and Compensation), Dianna G. El Hioum (Intellectual Property), Todd A. Rodriguez (Health Law and Physicians, Dentists, Veterinarians & Other Health Professionals), Maureen Demarest Murray(Physicians, Dentists, Veterinarians & Other Health Professionals) and Marvin L. Weinberg (Labor Management Relations).
