NEW YORK (Legal Newsline) - Famed lawyer and deal-facilitator Kenneth Feinberg has quickly settled a lawsuit alleging he was owed more than $3 million from a company that provides litigation technology services.

Feinberg sued Courtrom Connect in November in New York Supreme Court, and the defendant removed the case to federal court on Dec. 5. A Feb. 22 filing says the two sides have reached a settlement, though terms are not provided.

Feinberg alleged in his complaint that he loaned Courtroom Connect $3,538,000. He claimed he demanded repayment of the loan on July 22, 2022, per the terms of a note dated March 14, 2014.

Feinberg further claimed the terms of the note require repayment of the loan upon demand. He alleged that his demand for payment was ignored by Courtroom Connect and that it was in breach of the terms of loan contract.
