NEW YORK (Legal Newsline) - The writer of the Breitbart film, 'My Son Hunter, was among the conservatives who attended the New York premiere last week.

Phelim McAleer answered questions after the movie screening, which took place at the Metropolitan Republican Club’s tony 83 Street townhouse on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

Several scenes feature Hunter Biden, played by British actor Laurence Fox, having casual relations with various women, inhaling from a crack pipe, and snorting a line of cocaine.

“We didn't go into this to criticize or to make fun of addiction,” McAleer told the audience. “We wanted to humanize him. If you humanize someone, you can actually then understand how they became corrupt.”

The movie stars Serbian British actress Emma Gojkovic playing the role of a stripper named Kitty who infiltrates Hunter Biden’s world with the encouragement of his bodyguard, Tyrone, played by Nigerian soccer player Franklin Ayodele.

Kitty walks away from the drug-fueled failed romance with recorded evidence that the younger Biden has allegedly taken improper advantage, along with Ukrainian and Asian businessmen, of his father, Joseph Biden’s then role as U.S. Vice President.

“It's not hard to get information with Hunter Biden if you have the desire and the courage to print it,” McAleer told Legal Newsline in an exclusive interview. “The mainstream media failed to do this before the last election.”

President Biden, played by John James of Dynasty fame, interrupts his wayward son swimming in a pool with concerns about unclaimed electronic devices, which were found abandoned in a Florida computer repair shop in 2020, according to media reports. In the pivotal scene, Hunter never gives his father a straight answer about what's on the laptop.

“The New York Times has acknowledged that the laptop is real now but they took a while to do that and they certainly didn't say that when the story was incredibly relevant right before an election of a president where this fundamental question of his honesty and of his ethics was being asked,” said McAleer's wife Ann McElhinney. “There was an answer available that was being ignored and actively suppressed by Twitter, by Facebook, and then by all of the mainstream media."

McElhinney and McAleer authored the New York Times best-seller 'Gosnell: The Untold Story of America’s Most Prolific Serial Killer.'

As previously reported in the New York Post, the computer repair shop owner, John Paul Mac Isaac, had allegedly recovered unsettling, compromising photos of Hunter Biden from his two broken laptops as well as emails about his overseas business correspondence.

“The movie is available on streaming,” McAleer added. “We made a partnership with Breitbart. Andrew Breitbart was a great friend of ours. We love the fact that we partnered with them to get this out and it's been huge actually. An enormous number of people have seen the film so far. Seven million people alone have seen the trailer."
