TEXARKANA, Ark. (Legal Newsline) - A Mississippi woman is suing a Flying J Travel Center, claiming an employee followed her into the shower area.

Jaresa Robinson filed her lawsuit Jan. 13 in Arkansas' Miller County Circuit Court against Pilot Travel Centers, which owns a Flying J in Texarkana. Also named as a defendant is Brent Davis.

Robinson says on Aug. 24, 2021, she rented a bathroom for the purpose of showering. Davis allegedly gave her a secluded room then entered once she started showering.

She says she asked "What are you doing," and Davis responded, "I thought I seen my shadow."

She called the police, which is investigating the incident, the suit says. Robinson is represented by Bruce Flint and other lawyers at Flint, Crawford & Cogburn.
