BOSTON (Legal Newsline) - A man has filed a lawsuit after losing eight family members in a private jet crash.
Christopher G. Mehne, as personal representative of the estates of Manuel Alejandro Sepulveda-Gonzalez, Monica Leticia Salinas-Trevino, Luis Octavio Reyes-Dominguez, Loyda Liliana Luna-Larrosa, Jade Paola Reyes-Luna, Guillermo Octavio Reyes-Luna and Frida Alejandrina Reyes-Luna, all deceased, filed a complaint on April 30 in the Suffolk Superior Court against General Electric Company, Bombardier, Inc, TVPX Aircraft Solutions, Inc, Tobias E. Kleitman, Christopher R. Daly and Jeffrey S. Towers for wrongful death.
According to the complaint, on May 5, 2019, a private jet crashed during a flight from Las Vegas to Monterrey, Mexico. All the passengers were killed.
Mehne alleges that the airplane manufacturer in question had previous issues and crashes that resulted in other deaths and TVPX Aircraft Solutions, Inc, along with board members Tobias E. Kleitman, Christopher R. Daly and Jeffrey S. Towers knew of the issues, but kept their model active and in flight.
Mehne seeks trial by jury, attorney's fees and cost of suit. Mehne is represented by David P. Angueria of Swarz and Swartz, P.C.
