PROVIDENCE, R.I. (Legal Newsline) – An Illinois man and a professional corporation are seeking to confirm an arbitration award stemming from an alleged breach of collaboration and employment agreement.
Eric Feldman and Eric Feldman & Associates PC filed a petition on July 2 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island against Maronosci Law Group P.C. seeking to confirm an arbitration award.
The petitioners are seeking to confirm an arbitration award issued June 10 for $163,073.21, plus attorneys' fees and costs. The award was a result of a dispute between the parties. Feldman and Eric Feldman & Associates alleged Maronosci Law Group breached a collaboration and employment agreement.
The arbitrator also awarded Maronosci Law Group $45,278.87.
The petitioners are represented by Zachary W. Berk of Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP in Boston.
