WASHINGTON (Legal Newsline) — The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) announced April 4 that it is seeking comments and information from interested parties about the overall efficiency and effectiveness of its consumer financial education programs.
The CFPB seeks to analyze the effectiveness of its programs as well the delivery of these programs through online tools, print publications, and community collaborations.
The CFPB’s request for information (RFI) will be available for comment for 90 days.
This is the bureau’s 11th RFI as part of acting director Mick Mulvaney’s analysis of whether the CFPB is properly fulfilling its functions.
