Napoli Shkolnik hasn't paid $351K bill, lawsuit alleges

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (Legal Newsline) – A Texas-based litigation support services provider alleges that a law firm failed to pay for its services.

US Legal Support Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York against Napoli Shkolnik PLLC alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the defendant requested the plaintiff provide it services, which the plaintiff provided. 

The plaintiff holds Napoli Shkolnik PLLC responsible because the defendant allegedly received the benefit of services rendered by plaintiff but failed to pay for it.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for actual damages in the amount of $351,153.70, plus interest, costs, disbursements, attorney's fees and further relief as the court deem just. It is represented by Leonard Benowich of Benowich Law LLP in White Plains, New York.
