BROOKLYN, N.Y. (Legal Newsline) — A New York consumer has filed a class action lawsuit against Costco, alleging negligent misrepresentation.

She is represented by attorneys Kevin Landau and Miles Greaves of Taus, Cebulash & Landau LLP in New York, and by Shannon Carson, Arthur Stock and Soshana Savett of Berger & Montague PC in Philadelphia.
