LOS ANGELES (Legal Newsline) — A California law firm is suing David Seyde, Brian Kennedy, Edge Outdoor Advertising LLC, Edge Outdoor Media LLC, Zoomkube LLC and Kennedy Outdoor Advertising LLC, alleging breach of contract.
Affeld Grivakes LLP filed a complaint against the defendants alleging that they failed to pay the full amount due on their contract. The case was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Dec. 16 but was removed to U.S. District Court for the Central District of California on June 1.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages from the defendants' fraudulent activities. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to fully pay the plaintiff for legal services rendered.
The plaintiff seeks general damages of at least $629,982.45, rescission, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by Dale F. Kinsella, Gregory J.
