MIAMI (Legal Newsline) — A New Jersey consumer has filed a class action lawsuit against a food business, alleging negligent misrepresentation.

Jerome Ramsaran filed a complaint, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, April 24 in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida Miami Division against Tabatchnick Fine Foods Inc., alleging the defendant represents its products as all-natural from its labels.

He is represented by attorneys Angela Arango-Chaffin of Chaffin Law Firm in Miami Beach, Florida, and by Alexander Korolinsky of West Palm Beach..
