NEW YORK (Legal Newsline) — A consumer has filed a class action lawsuit against a health products business, alleging negligent misrepresentation.
Lei Qin filed a complaint, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, March 29 in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York against Earthwhile Endeavors, Inc. alleging falsely advertises their products to be made of natural ingredients.
According to the complaint, Qin sustained monetary damages from paying a premium on a pet shampoo product that was advertised as natural. The plaintiff alleges Earthwhile Endeavors failed to disclose to the consumers, including the plaintiff, the natural ingredient level of its oatmeal pet shampoos.
Qin seeks trial by jury, permanent injunction, statutory damages, court costs and all further relief the court grants. He is represented by attorney Mark Schlachet of Law Offices of Mark Schlachet in Cleveland.
