CHICAGO (Legal Newsline) — An Illinois consumer has filed a class action lawsuit against General Nutrition Corp., alleging fraud and negligent misrepresentation over an aloe vera product.
Thera Lambert of Crete, Illinois, filed a complaint, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, March 21 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois against General Nutrition Corp., alleging false claims regarding the actual ingredient used for its products.
