CLEVELAND (Legal Newsline) — Two Ohio men are suing a helicopter transport company, alleging breach of contract and unfair competition.

Billy Byler and Donald Reid filed a complaint Feb. 6 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio against Air Methods Corporation, CT Corporation System and Rocky Mountain Holdings LLC, alleging they overcharged for their helicopter services.

According to the complaint, Byler and Reid suffered monetary damages from being overcharged. Byler and Reid seeks trial by jury, damages plus interest, restitution, disgorgement, enjoin the defendant, all actual, general, special, incidental, statutory, punitive damages, alegal fees and all other relief the court deems just. They are represented by attorneys James M. Kelley, III and Egan P. Kilbane of Elk & Elk Co. Ltd. in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, by Robert J. Dubyak and Christina C.
