ATLANTA (Legal Newsline) — A New York law firm is suing Georgia company, alleging fraud.

Epstein Becker & Green PC filed a lawsuit Nov. 21 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia against OGD Holdings LLC, formerly known as Anduro Holdings LLC, LA Famiglia Trust LLC, Henry Datelle, Kathleen Datelle, Mark Hodgson, John Hodgson, Charles T. Haskell Jr., Finch Properties LLC, John Does 1-10 and ABC, Inc. 1-10, alleging fraudulent transfers of the company's assets.

According to the complaint, Epstein Becker & Green suffered financial damages because the defendants orchestrated the transfer of assets to another business entity to avoid a legal judgment. The suit says the defendants never paid EBG legal fees of more than $500,000.

Epstein, Becker & Green seek to void the security deed and the Quitclaim deed, allow the plaintiff to levy execution on the property at 1735 Peachtree Street, Unit 304, Atlanta, general damages, punitive damages, all legal fees and all other relief the court deems just. It is represented by attorney Douglas L. Brooks of Atlanta.
