ALBANY, N.Y. (Legal Newsline) — A consumer has filed a class action lawsuit against Method Products, PBC, and People Against Dirty, PBC, California business, citing alleged negligent misrepresentation.

Keith Daughtery filed a complaint on behalf of all others similarly situated on Oct. 7 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York against the defendants alleging that they made false claims regarding the ingredients used in their product.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages from being misled into purchasing a falsely advertised product.
