CLEVELAND (Legal Newsline) - Sherwin-Williams is suing an Alabama business, alleging breach of contract.

Sherwin-Williams filed a lawsuit Sept. 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio against Advanced Collision Center of Mobile Inc., doing business as Advanced Collision Center, and Danny Woodward, alleging the defendants breached a signed contract when they discontinued purchasing paint and exclusive products from the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, Sherwin-Williams suffered financial damages to its business because the defendants breached their supply agreement with plaintiff by failing to use and purchase all their requirements exclusively from Sherwin-Williams.

Sherwin-Williams seeks trial by jury, judgment against the defendant plus interest, all legal fees and all other relief the court deems just.

It is represented by attorneys Brett K. Bacon and Lindsey Carr Siegler of Frantz Ward LLP in Cleveland.
