DENVER (Legal Newsline) — A Colorado company has filed suit against Tribune Broadcasting Co. LLC, claiming that the broadcasting company allegedly made defamatory content about the plaintiff and broadcast it via its channels and various websites.

Dish Network LLC filed a complaint June 20 in the U.S. District Court for the District Court of Colorado against Tribune Broadcasting Co. LLC, claiming unfair competition.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Dish Network LLC suffered damages to its business as the result of false and deceptive content being broadcast regarding its service and performance.
