An Alabama man is suing a vodka manufacturer, alleging it misrepresents its Tito's Vodka product when it labels it "handmade."

The suit says the vodka is, in fact, manufactured through a mechanized, automated process in an industrial facility.
Wilson and other class members seek damages, restitution, and injunctive relief, plus court costs. He is represented by attorneys Nicholas W. Armstrong, Oscar M. Price IV and Emily K. Price of Price Armstrong in Birmingham, and by Luke Montgomery and J. Bradley Ponder of Montgomery Ponder, also in in Birmingham.
