SAN DIEGO (Legal Newsline) - A class action lawsuit filed on Jan. 20 against a manufacturer of health products alleged the company falsely advertised that one of its products would improve sexual performance.

Jonathan Kanfer filed the lawsuit against PharmaCare US, alleging its IntenseX product doesn't provide the results advertised. The over-the-counter product claims to increase sexual power and performance and to be beneficial to a person's health.

Kanfer said he purchased the product at least four times between October and January. However, he says he didn't see the results the product promised.

The lawsuit seeks class status and more than $5 million in damages. Kanfer is represented by Ronald A. Marron, of the Law Offices of Ronald A. Marron.

United States District Court Southern District of California case number 3:15-cv-00120.
