Greear's ad takes aim at McGraw

Dan Greear (R)

Darrell McGraw (D)

CHARLESTON, W. Va. (Legal Newsline) - Dan Greear, the Republican candidate for West Virginia attorney general, is running his third television and radio ad.

The ad, "Fighting for Seniors and Working People," touts Greear's commitment to protect West Virginians, while taking aim at Democratic Attorney General Darrell McGraw, who is seeking a fifth term.

"Darrell McGraw, with his poor record of mismanagement including six months of missing records in his office, is trying to scare our seniors. While Darrell claims to be a champion of working people, his office has done more to run off businesses in our state than any other single officeholder currently in place," Greear said. "Seniors will be protected. Working people can rest assured I will fight for them."

Greear said defeating McGraw would "bring back respect and honor to the office."

The ad campaign will run through Election Day, the Greear campaign said. The advertisement can be viewed on the Greear for AG Web site.
