BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (Legal Newsline) - Perrin Conferences has announced the agenda for its annual Cutting-Edge Issues in Asbestos Litigation Conference.
The conference will take place March 17-18 at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills.
According to the agenda on Perrin's website, the conference "brings together national leaders in specialty legal spheres, ensuring their events deliver innovative content, networking opportunities and career development."
The two-day event is expected to see plaintiff and defense attorneys, in-house counsel, judges and insurance carriers all interested in bettering asbestos litigation across the country.
Topics will include asbestos trends, a judicial roundtable, in-house perspectives, insurance liability and medical and ethical considerations.
The event will be co-chaired by asbestos litigators John D. Cooney of Cooney & Conway in Chicago; Timothy L. Krippner of Segal McCambridge, Singer & Mahoney LTD in Chicago; and Jeffrey B. Simon of Simon, Greenstone, Panatier, Barlett in Dallas.
Last year's conference had an attendance of roughly 350 of the most legal and insurance influential leaders with experience in asbestos litigation, products liability and complex torts.
