New York Private Equity Team Represents Leeds Equity Partners and its portfolio company Exterro in the acquisition of Divebell

Global law firm Reed Smith announced that it has advised private equity fund Leeds Equity Partners and its portfolio company, Exterro, in the acquisition of Divebell. Exterro is a leading provider of legal governance, risk management and compliance (GRC) software designed specifically for in-house legal, privacy and IT teams. Divebell is a best-in-class automation platform for data discovery, protection and compliance. 

Leeds Equity Partners is a private equity firm dedicated to the education, training, software and information services industries (the “Knowledge Industries”). The firm was founded in 1993 and manages $4 billion of capital across a broad spectrum of companies within the Knowledge Industries. Leeds Equity Partners seeks to leverage its sector-focused expertise and market insights to create long-term value for its partner companies.
