Locality Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operates the Legal News Line newsite (the “Site”) and is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the Site however accessed. We have established this Privacy Policy to explain what information we collect through the Site and how it is used. By using our Site you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of information according to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any aspect of our Privacy Policy, you must not use the Site. We may sell or rent user information in aggregate or on an individual basis to Locality Labs, LLC partners. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. The Site produces news articles and poses questions and allows users to post answers, share the aggregate results (outcomes) via social media or submit and email address. We integrate with FaceBook for account creation and sharing, and we integrate with Twitter for sharing. Users may delete information on the Site via email (feedback@locallabs.com) if a Facebook ID is provided. You acknowledge that by posting on the Site, you are granting us a non-exclusive, transferable, fully–paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such posts. We have implemented security procedures to help protect the personal information on the Site. However, no method of transmitting or storing electronic data is ever completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that such information will never be accessed, used, or released in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.
