Littler Mendelson PC issued the following announcement on Nov. 2.

Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has appointed Bradley Strawn as regional office managing shareholder (OMS) of the firm’s Nashville office, succeeding Jennifer Robinson, who has stepped down to focus on her active practice. In addition to leading the Nashville office, Brad will continue to serve in his current role as OMS in Atlanta.

“Brad has been an integral part of the Littler team in Atlanta and is the ideal leader to take the reins in Nashville. I know that he will build on Jen’s impressive successes and continue to grow the office while also focusing on expanding the firm’s presence in Atlanta,” said Erin Webber, Littler’s managing director and president. “His business background combined with his legal knowledge and leadership skills will bring great value to both offices. I thank Jen for her exceptional efforts as she has been essential in growing the Nashville office, and I look forward to her ongoing contributions on behalf of the firm.”

Strawn advises employers on a broad range of matters, including structuring and defending contingent workforce and independent contractor relationships; defending employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation complaints; and restrictive covenants and trade secrets litigation. He has also represented employers in complex class and collective actions involving overtime and other wage-related claims and has extensive experience before federal and state agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board and the U.S. Department of Labor.

“I was thrilled to rejoin Littler in August as OMS of the Atlanta office and I am equally excited to now lead the Nashville office, which has a talented team in place,” added Strawn. “My friend Jen has done a fabulous job in building Littler’s local presence and I look forward to continuing in her footsteps as we expand the Littler brand throughout the Southeast region and nationally.”
