Medical malpractice 03

RICHLAND, Wash. (Legal Newsline) — A Washington man is suing health care facilities, alleging they have delayed paying a valid claim to him.

Andrew Grego filed a class action complaint, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, Nov. 14 in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington against Kadlec Regional Medical Center, Cardon Healthcare Network LLC, doing business as Cardon Outreach, and Cardon Healthcare Holdings, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, Grego suffered monetary damages as the result of his claims being delayed. The plaintiff alleges the defendants misled the plaintiff by sending invalid liens.

Grego seeks trial by jury, declaratory relief, enjoining the defendant, restitution and disgorgement, exemplary damages, treble damages up to $25,000 per claimant, all legal fees and all other relief the court deems just. He is represented by attorneys Darrell L. Cochran, Christopher E. Love and Loren A. Cochran of PFAU Cochran Vertetis Amala PLLC in Seattle.
