Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli has moved into a bigger office space in Nashville to accommodate the exceptional growth the firm has seen in the Music City in recent years. Located right in the heart of Nashville, the new office is located at 501 Commerce St. (Fifth + Broadway) where the firm is occupying the 12th and parts of the 13th floor, with the option to expand even more in the future. Polsinelli has added more than 20 attorneys in Nashville in the past three years, growing the office to more than 50 employees. Just last month, the firm added three commercial lending attorneys in the city and this week a commercial litigator. To accommodate this growth, the firm has leased more than 37,000 square feet, doubling the space over its previous office.

“Nashville is a dynamic and growing office for Polsinelli, and after nearly a decade of expansion we outgrew our previous space and were looking for an inviting space that would foster collaboration and allow us to host our clients in small and large settings,” said John Peterson, Office Managing Partner in Nashville. “Our new space was designed for community and client service and features spectacular views and hospitality offerings. We could not be more excited to move in and continue to be a best-in-class place for talent in Nashville.”

Polsinelli’s new office is located in the heart of downtown Nashville, near the Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena and famous Broadway entertainment district. Connected to the firm’s new office building is the Assembly Foodhall – a spectacular showcase of local restaurants and Nashville cuisine, indoor/outdoor seating and live entertainment every day of the week. Polsinelli worked with award-winning design firm Hufft to create a space that emphasized natural light, collaborative spaces and unobstructed views to the outside. The design embraces the Music City theme throughout through subtle elements in form, function and texture.
