SAUL EWING ARNSTEIN & LEHR: Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr further strengthens its litigation practice with addition of Michael o’Reilly

Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr issued the following announcement on Jan. 22.

Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP announced that Michael O’Reilly has joined the firm as a partner in the Litigation Practice. Mr. O’Reilly is resident in the New York City office.

Mr. O’Reilly represents companies and individuals in litigation and arbitration of complex business and commercial disputes. Drawing on 20 years of experience, he handles cases that involve issues ranging from unfair competition and theft of trade secrets to breach of contract and property damage. Both before and after lawsuits arise, clients including Fortune 500 companies, single shareholder corporations and individuals look to Mr. O’Reilly for litigation avoidance advice and, when the situation warrants, to try cases in state and federal courts across the country. His experience extends to a broad range of industries, including telecommunications and wireless devices, transportation, technology, and software.

"Mike has spent his entire professional career in Manhattan, and he is energized about helping to build Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr’s presence in New York City," said Jason M. St. John, chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice. "We also anticipate he will expand his own practice through the broader service offerings and geographic reach the firm offers."

Mr. O’Reilly earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. He also has a B.A. from Binghamton University.
