Bradley Arant Boult Cummings issued the following announcement on Dec. 7.

Bradley is pleased to announce that Austin W. Holland has joined the firm’s Nashville office as an associate in the Litigation Practice Group, focusing on financial services.

“It is a pleasure to welcome Austin to our Nashville office,” said Bradley Nashville Office Managing Partner Lela Hollabaugh. “Austin’s background and experience make him a great addition to our already deep bench of litigators and other Banking and Financial Services Practice Group attorneys who service a broad range of banks, lenders and financial services institutions.”

Prior to joining Bradley, Mr. Holland worked for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the Office of Litigation, where he handled matters related to reverse mortgages, bankruptcy, foreclosures, grant recaptures, withdrawals of SAFMR and AFFH rules, religious discrimination, and the Appointments Clause of the U.S. Constitution.

Mr. Holland clerked in the Office of the District Attorney in Nashville and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee.

Mr. Holland received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
