Clark Hill PLC issued the following announcement on Nov. 7.
Senior Attorney Melissa O. Nonaka has joined Clark Hill PLC’s Immigration Business Unit. Nonaka has been practicing U.S. immigration law since 2011. She advises U.S. employers and their foreign national employees, as well as individuals and their family members, to secure employment-based nonimmigrant visas, employment and family-sponsored permanent residence, naturalization and other immigration benefits. She has represented clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State.

Nonaka graduated from Boston College and received her J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. She is admitted to the bars of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
