YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (Legal Newsline) — Four consumers are suing a glue business, alleging design defect and product liability.

against Ontel Products Corp. alleging the defendant made false claims regarding the effectiveness of its glue products.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs suffered monetary damages from purchasing a falsely advertised product described as a premium alternative to household glues and superglues. The plaintiffs allege Ontel Products continued to market and advertise their product despite having several complaints from consumers regarding its defective nature.
The plaintiffs seek trial by jury, actual, general, special, incidental, statutory, punitive and consequential damages, plus interest, injunctive relief, all legal fees and all other relief the court deems just.
