Turoczy Bonding Company, care of Incorp. Services Inc.; Eddie Lee Legacy, Inc., care of Garrett Michael McClellan; Cuffs Off Bail Bonds Inc., care of Brian Jerome Cole; Eddie E. Lee Irrevocable Trust Ltd.; and Lake City Bank, the trustee for Eddie E. Lee Irrevocable Trust Ltd., alleging failure to pay commissions.
