SALT LAKE CITY (Legal Newsline) — A stockholder is suing a Utah corporation, alleging negligent misrepresentation and violation of federal law.

Jun Zhang filed a class action complaint, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, Sept. 15 in U.S. District Court District of Utah against Lifevantage Corporation, Darren Jay Jensen, and Mark R. Jaggi, alleging false representations regarding the company's policies to the plaintiffs.

According to the complaint, Zhang suffered financial damages because the defendants issued false and misleading public statements regarding the operation and revenue of the company.

Zhang seeks trial by jury, damages, all legal fees and interest and all other relief the court deems just. He is represented by attorneys Jeremy A. Lieberman, J. Alexander Hood II and Marc C.
