Serial lawsuit filer claims rapper, girlfriend 'terrorists' in new suit

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (Legal Newsline) - A former prison inmate known for the thousands of lawsuits he has filed is now claiming, in a recent federal court filing in West Virginia, that rapper Kanye West and girlfriend, reality television star Kim Kardashian, are "terrorists."

Jonathan Lee Riches, also known as Gino Romano, filed a preliminary injunction/temporary restraining order in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia Thursday.

In it, Riches -- who filed the suit under his Romano alias -- claims that he and all American citizens face "imminent danger" from the defendants.

In his suit, Riches also names as defendants Kris Jenner, Kardashian's mother; Bruce Jenner; and Kardashian's sisters, Khloe and Kourtney.

"All of the defendants are terrorists," he wrote in his two-page filing.

"On 6/17/2012 I was in West Virginia, deep in the hills, and I stumbled upon the defendants who were at an Al-Qaeda secret training camp, where Kris Jenner organized this operation and senior members of Al-Qaeda were there, including #2 Ayman al-Zawahri, Richard Reid's cousins, Johnny Walker Lindh's parents and Al Shabab.

"And on this day Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kanye West and Bruce Jenner all plead allegiance to Al-Qaeda. They burned the U.S. flag, stomped their feet on Barack's picture. Then Kanye West performed a concert for all the Al-Qaeda members."

Riches continues, alleging that all of the Al-Qaeda members drank "Jim Jones juice" and that the defendants got shovels and were "digging coal and fracking at mines in West Virginia to get fuel to make Weapons of Mass Destruction" and that Kris Jenner was "enriching uranium."

He also alleges that the Kardashians then made a vow that the proceeds from their websites, clothing line and reality shows "will go directly to Al-Qaeda to finance and support the jihad."

Riches even contends that al-Zawahri -- not boyfriend Scott Disick -- got Kourtney Kardashian pregnant, that Kim Kardashian is now the leader of Al-Qaeda and that the defendants all "shot AK-47s in the air."

Spokespeople for the stars have yet to respond to the bizarre filing.

Riches, who was incarcerated at the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Ky. for wire fraud, is known for the many lawsuits he has filed in various federal courts.

He holds the Guinness Book of World Records title of "The World's Most Litigious Man."

Among the more famous defendants in his lawsuits are New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick, former President George W. Bush, Martha Stewart, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick and pop star Britney Spears.

According to a search of West Virginia federal court cases, nearly 150 suits have been filed in the state by a man with the name Jonathan Lee Riches since 2008.
