UPDATE: Cordray on his way in Ohio

COLUMBUS, Ohio (Legal Newsline) - In the race for Ohio Attorney General, Democratic state Treasurer Richard Cordray is holding a 19-percent lead over his two opponents with 38 percent of precincts reporting.

Corday currently has 57 percent of the vote, with Republican Mike Crites garnering 38 percent and non-affiliated candidate Robert Owens with 5 percent.

The three candidates are vying for the two years remaining on the term of former Democrat Attorney General Marc Dann. Dann was forced from office in May following a sexual harassment scandal in which he admitted to an affair with a subordinate.
