ANNAPOLIS, Md. (Legal Newsline) -- The list of candidates looking to replace Maryland Attorney General Doug Gansler continues to grow.
State Sen. Brian Frosh was the first to file papers to run earlier this month.
State Delegate Jon Cardin filed his papers soon after.
According to The Washington Post, Delegate C. William Frick filed his paperwork last week.
Delegate Aisha Braveboy also planned to file as a candidate by the end of day Thursday, the Post reported.
All four are Democrats.
So far, no Republicans have filed to run.
Gansler plans to kick off his campaign for governor this week.
The two-term attorney general said his campaign will launch a seven-day statewide announcement tour Tuesday. It will include 16 stops throughout the state.
