Documents officially unsealed by Pennsylvania’s Clerk of Court on Wednesday detail new evidence that student loan server Navient Corporation had no system in place to direct borrowers toward forbearance despite evidence to the contrary presented by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
