PHOENIX — The state of Arizona has filed an appeal as it seeks to have its case against the Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR), which is challenging the board's tuition and student fee raises policy, moved to the state's Supreme Court.

PHOENIX — The state of Arizona has filed a lawsuit against Mercedes-Benz USA LLC and its parent company Daimler, alleging the companies defrauded customers by installing "defeat devices" on its diesel cars to show lower emission levels than were actually emitted by the vehicles.

PHOENIX — Neiman Marcus Group LLC has agreed to a $1.5 million settlement with more than 40 states and the District of Columbia over charges the company failed to protect customers' card information that was compromised in a 2013 data breach.
