Cool Air Solutions, a cooling and heating company, is being sued over allegations it called numbers registered on the federal Do Not Call Registry. Robert Langford and Edward George Galan filed the lawsuit on March 6 against Cool Air, alleging the company violated federal law when it called the plaintiffs multiple times, even though they were both registered on the Do Not Call list.
