Tenneco granted summary judgment in lung cancer case

WILMINGTON, Del. — Tenneco Automotive Operating Company Inc. (Tenneco), the makers of Walker mufflers, has been granted its motion for summary judgment by the Delaware Superior Court in a case alleging a former auto mechanic who contracted and died from lung cancer because the mufflers contained asbestos.

New Jersey appeals court says 'official ballots' must be printed in English, Spanish

TRENTON — The Superior Court of New Jersey Appellate Division has sided with a 2018 New Jersey Ward 3 district committee candidate and the New Jersey Democratic State Committee in their argument that "official ballots" must be printed in English and Spanish in accordance with state's statues and election law.
