SAN FRANCISCO (Legal Newsline) — A stockholder is suing a California technology company, alleging violation of federal law.

Greg Fleming of Hayward, California, filed a class action complaint, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, Nov. 11 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Impax Laboratories Inc., George Frederick Wilkinson, Larry Hsu, and Bryan M. Reasons, alleging they made false statements regarding company policies.

According to the complaint, Fleming suffered monetary damages from purchasing securities based on false statements by the defendants. The plaintiff alleges the defendants presented false and inaccurate information regarding Impax Labs to artificially inflate the market value of the company's securities.

Fleming seeks a trial by jury, damages to the plaintiff, interest and any other relief the court deems just. He is represented by attorney Jennifer Pafiti of Pomerantz LLP in Beverly Hills, California, and three other legal teams from Pomerantz in Chicago and New York and by Goldberg Law PC in Los Angeles.
