Tennessee company alleges Target owes more than $758,000

MINNEAPOLIS — A Tennessee company is suing Target, alleging it owes more than $758,000 for breach of contract.

e-Performax Centers Inc. of Thompsons Stations, Tennessee, filed a lawsuit June 17 in U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota against Target Corporate Services Inc., and Target Corporation as predecessor in interest to Target Corporate Services, Inc., alleging breach of their contractual agreement.

According to the complaint, e-Performax Centers Inc. sustained financial damages from having their contract suddenly terminated by Target. The plaintiff alleges Target terminated the contract, giving the e-Pefromax only 11 days despite the plaintiff still having significant obligations to its employees in the Philippines.

e-Performax Centers seeks a trial by jury, judgment of more than $758,000, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by attorney George E. Antrim III of Minneapolis.
