WORCESTER, Mass. (Legal Newsline) - A class action lawsuit filed on Friday against Tough Mudder, Inc. alleges breach of contract after the company moved the location of one of its obstacle course events.

Lisa Pazol, Maria Newman, Lisa Russ and Audrey Bennett sued Tough Mudder after the company moved the location of its Mudderella Boston twice within two weeks of the event taking place.

Tough Mudder allegedly said it wouldn't offer a refund of the registration fees, but would transfer the fee to another event in 2014 or 2015.

The plaintiffs allege Tough Mudder breached its contract and good faith and fair dealing by moving the event twice and for refusing to refund the registration fee.

The plaintiffs are represented by James L. O'Connor, James M. Galliher and C. Deborah Phillips of Nickless, Phillips and O'Connor from Fitchburg, Mass.
