  Madigan SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (Legal Newsline) - Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan announced on Thursday that 1,466 packages of illegal synthetic drugs were confiscated from a retailer on Tuesday, representing the most relinquished since the start of Operation Smoked Out.
